Shipping Policy
All items are shipped within 2-7 days of payment. In case of holidays, we will ship the next business day. All items are subject to full refund prior to shipping. We only ship within the United States and do not ship to Kansas or Kentucky.
Refund Policy
Alien Genetics does not offer any returns for any reason at all. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping.
We take a photo of every order before shipment. If you receive a shipment and the wrong product has been sent to you, please send us an email with a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon confirmation of the pre-shipping photo showing you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
